The Pickled Chef offers a variety of all natural preservative free hand canned and hand packed products including classic bread & butter and dill pickles and unique pickled vegetables, such as green beans, radishes, ramps, beets, squash, okra and kohlrabi along with a variety of condiments, conserves, jams, sauces, dressings, pesto’s and fresh fermented sauerkraut and kim chi style items are also being produced.
These “Farm to Jar” items utilize all local seasonal ingredients purchased from local area farmers and producers.
